Following the project meeting, the EMByAM doctoral candidates took part in two workshops as part of the training programme. The first workshop covered magnetic materials and topologies of electrical machines with lectures given by Prof. Luc Dupre, Prof. Peter Sergeant and Dr. Mohamed Ibrahim of Ghent University.
The second workshop took place at Dana Belgium with four lectures on additive manufacturing as well as a tour of the Bruges plant.
